These terms and conditions govern the provision of services by AskColin to client schools. By entering into a service agreement with AskColin, you agree to these terms.
AskColin provides AI training, coaching and support services to UK primary schools. Services are delivered as described in the relevant package or service agreement, which forms part of these terms.
All services are delivered by or under the supervision of AskColin. We reserve the right to use qualified subcontractors where appropriate, with prior notice to the client school.
Services are provided under a 12-month agreement unless otherwise agreed in writing. The agreement commences on the date specified in your service confirmation.
Monthly payment plans spread the annual fee across 12 equal monthly payments. This does not alter the 12-month commitment — monthly payments are a payment method, not a monthly rolling contract.
The initial free baseline visit does not constitute the start of a service agreement and carries no obligation.
Fees are as set out in your service agreement or the package selected at the time of signing. AskColin reserves the right to review pricing with a minimum of 30 days' written notice before any renewal period.
Invoices are issued monthly in advance. Payment is due within 14 days of the invoice date. Late payment may result in suspension of services.
Annual upfront payment attracts a 30% discount as shown on our packages page. This discount applies to the annual fee paid in full at the start of the agreement.
Each package includes the features described on our packages page at the time of agreement. AskColin will provide the specified number of sessions, the AI compliance document set, and ongoing support as described.

Templates, frameworks and training materials produced by AskColin remain the intellectual property of AskColin. Client schools are granted a licence to use these materials for their own internal purposes during and after the service agreement. Materials may not be resold, redistributed or used in commercial training without written permission from AskColin.
Content tailored specifically to the client school (such as their AI policy) belongs to the school once produced.
AskColin's liability is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months preceding any claim. AskColin is not liable for indirect, consequential or economic losses arising from the use of its services or materials.
AskColin provides all documents and materials in good faith as starting points. Schools are responsible for ensuring that materials are appropriate for their specific circumstances before adoption or use.
Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days' written notice after the initial 12-month term. Early termination within the initial term requires payment of the remaining balance of the annual fee.
AskColin may terminate the agreement immediately in the event of material breach by the client school, including non-payment after reasonable notice.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any sensitive information shared in the course of the service relationship. AskColin will not share information about your school with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
AskColin may update these terms with 30 days' written notice to existing clients. Continued use of the service after that period constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
