Create a visual timetable structure for a Year 2 class day covering [list your sessions]. For each item give: a short child-friendly label of no more than three words, and a one-line description of what image or symbol would best represent it. Keep language consistent across items.
Consistency of label wording matters more than people realise — a pupil who has learned "Carpet time" is disrupted by it becoming "Story on the mat" the next week.

Maximum 6 steps, one short instruction per step in the imperative, plus a note on what the supporting image should show. Written so the pupil could follow it without an adult.

That final instruction is worth including every time — a misleading visual is stickier and harder to correct than a misleading sentence.
The test for any visual support: could the pupil use it without an adult explaining it? If not, it's decoration rather than support. Ask AI to write for independent use and you'll get sharper, more usable output.
